Sony has reissued the latest PlayStation 3 firmware update.
Version 3.41 has been resubmitted after users with replaced hard drives could not download and install it.
"If you are experiencing such symptoms when replacing the HDD of your PS3 system, we kindly ask you to use the latest data and try again," said a spokesperson.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your understanding and continued support."
The firmware update, which added a recommendation system on the PSN store, was originally submitted last week.
