Forgot about that one, no idea how but that's one I just think we struggle against defending teams.

Breaking streaks is our thingI didn’t realise that Southend have not lost a home game since November!
Still think we will win but it might not be the walkover I thought it might.
Doesn’t seem too leaky at home mate haven’t lost at home since NovemberCould do with putting a few past their leaky defence but will happily take the three points and a clean bill of health.
Would be fine unchanged again BUT wouldn't complain at a few changes either in this one or the next to keep on top of fatigue and potential injuries caused by it. Could be difficult conditions so Shipley's willingness to shoot could be useful in a swirling wind. I think Kelly could possibly do with a rest so put Allen back there or bring in Pask?
I'm not there yet.Back Peddle
Re Sale
Only won twice at home all season, Doncaster put 7 past them on their visit.Doesn’t seem too leaky at home mate haven’t lost at home since November
Thinking of doing a last minute trip down for this with my 11 year old, as you can pay on the gate and the stars have aligned. It would be his first ‘proper’ away game (only been to Wembley, St Andrews and Ricoh).
We’d be driving down and parking as close to the ground as possible due to me not being able to walk very far. Anyone that’s been before know how close that’s likely to be? I have exclusive parking rights afforded by the blue badge scheme, so I piss on the cornflakes of yellow lines and other such lame parking rules that mere mortals have to abide by. If that helps.
Also is the ground itself a nightmare? Are people likely to sit in their seats (I mean generally will it be enforced)? Will there be gaps? Will my lad be able to see anything?
I know I’m asking lots of (dumb) questions, but as mentioned first away for son, first visit to Roots hall, and not very good at walking! Appreciate any answers.
Lol i just love how Dabo gets in on celebrations. Remember the aeroplane one where he was ages away
Ummmmmm
If they do have a 'leaky' defence, we have a habit of not taking advantage of leaks.Could do with putting a few past their leaky defence but will happily take the three points and a clean bill of health.

Yes saw that, cheers. Was hoping to supplement with first hand info!I believe it’s unreserved seating tomorrow so you will be able to sit where you want. As for the rest, it’s my first visit too but this may help....

Do it!Away with the good lady in London, she’s come down with flu and said I should go see the sights whilst she rests up, is Southend pushing it as sights to see........50 mins on train
100% DO ITDo it!
Go back with a union jack hat
I have been to Southend once before when we got trounced 3-0 in the Mowbray season. We parked close to the ground on a side street. There was lots of residential parking around the ground as far as I can remember so luck of the draw really as to how close you can get. The ground itself is an old fashioned lower league type. The away section is behind the goal on, as far as I can remember, fairly shallow steps. As it is likely unreserved you may be able to get places down the front and to the side of the away end so that you and he can sit down and see. I prefer to sit but at most away games end up standing. I feel sorry for those who find it hard to stand and for children.Yes saw that, cheers. Was hoping to supplement with first hand info!
Perfectly reasonableAway with the good lady in London, she’s come down with flu and said I should go see the sights whilst she rests up, is Southend pushing it as sights to see........50 mins on train
