The logo on their website is differentDo we think this is anew look logo? If so it’ll look better
I heard why they pulled out last year, could be an interesting time ahead.
Dont get the disappointment.
99% of sponsors ruin kits and have done for years & years. Why act disappointed when we know this?
No I’d like to but it could be bollox was nothing too drastic anyway but was Ricoh linked. If you had you would post it.
You've got to assume that its the owners insisting on the prominence of the &. Can't believe they've been through a design process twice and had professional advise it was the best option.Had a go at redesigning their logo for fun. I reckon it wouldn’t take much effort to turn their soulless mark into something distinctive and interesting.

Yeah, maybe they have an ampersand fetish. Who knows!
That's really nice. I saw your offer on Twitter and followed you on the back of it. If there is still time then they'd be mad not to take you up on it or at the very least offer you some future work on branding design.Had a go at redesigning their logo for fun. It's recognizable now, you see a for sale sign with a big '&' and you know straight away which company is selling the house
Exactly, it is about brand awareness and recognition. They sell houses, and a quick sideways glance at a for sale sign and you immediately recognise the agent. I think it is quite clever branding, and how that brand might look on the front of a football shirt was probably not on their mind then they came up with the original logo. But they have tweaked it so it's fine, but they'd be crazy to lose the ampersand at this point because of the recognition it brings.
As a counterpoint..I quite like the new logo. Basic but sleek.I don’t want to throw too much shade, but there’s an article on the CCFC website where Allsopp & Allsopp talk about their new logo, which they’re clearly quite proud of. Don’t want to come across as a churl, but… yeah.
Maybe a bit too much like AXA insurance logo but not bad.Had a go at redesigning their logo for fun. I reckon it wouldn’t take much effort to turn their soulless mark into something distinctive and interesting.

& your point is?It’s a crap logo. Genuinely proper cookie cutter crap — the ampersand is Trajan (a.k.a. The Movie Font) and the text itself is just heavily spaced out Avenir. You could knock something better out in half an hour with a little creativity. Imagine deciding that you wanted the most visible and distinctive element of your logo to be the ampersand, not even your company name! Just awful.
It’s good news that we can add marketing and branding to the list of talents we have on here. If there is ever a sky blue talk business set up, it will make serious money
