Seppala has stated that she will only sanction going back to the Ricoh if they're handed the lot on a plate-suspect that's where the problem lies.

Take it as a 'you scratch my back I scratch yours' type situation. Seppala's long awaited admission that they want to bust ACL before going back to the Ricoh would appear a bigger stumbling block.

I could see that with the CVA, but offering Ccfc the rent deal to comeback will benefit ACL, it's tenants and local businesses without using the JR as a bargaining chip.

No one knows but as the council are squeaky clean why the condition?

1,000 is way too many, but Bristol will probably bring 500 so could be correct.

Still a long way short of Dim Tim's expected 6,000 though.
