His statements are becoming more random by the day.
Must have taken all of a minute while sitting on the bog to write that one.
Nothing particularly random in that statement. Pretty predictable and innocuous if you ask me. Nothing remotely contentious or controversial.
Almost looks more and more defeatist in his statements now. Normally he has a good come back against acl.
Game over?
We are a long way from game over - unless SISU really are broke.
High court only has to say Cov are in admin on fri and Sisu will be evicted
50:50 on Friday ?

'Why would we do that when we are at such a delicate stage in proceedings?' TO KEEP THE F*CKING FANS INFORMED YOU CORPERATE ARSEHOLE!
I dont think that is 100% correct OSB probably can confirm what that would mean, i think they would loose control but would still have to run the club and i am guessing, pay some sort of rent....
I thought once the club is in administration the administrators run it?
He is talking about legal proceedings. Why compromise their position ahead of a court hearing? Clearly SISU are formulating their response and I suspect nothing has been decided yet. Even if you hate them, surely you must understand that they may want to keep their cards close to their chest for a few days?
I would say unless they come to an agreement with ACL its nearer 100%.
If it gets to court on Friday I can't see how a judge couldn't rule we're insolvant.
SISU have recently stated that a home average of 11K is our current break even point. If SISU can produce a set of management accounts showing a healthy enough balance sheet and no external creditors then it will ultimately come down to the issue of rent and how the judge views that. If SISU can demonstrate that it is not about an inability to pay but more an unwillingness to pay owing to the fact they dispute the terms of the agreement, then it is difficult to see how a judge can rule that we are insolvent?
I'm not a legal expert though and am just thinking out loud, but it seems to me that this is far from a formality.

Surely SISU will find they money?
They may avoid their day in court.
ACL need to be prepared for that.

I don't think ACL have many other options but to play on the claim of SISU to be facing insolvency and try and force administration.
Let's face it we wouldn't best pleased if ACL (or rather the council) spent thousands suing the club for the rent to have an award made in their favour but which wouldn't be paid as it forces SISU to liquidate.
I think SISU currently hold a couple of aces.
Can you translate please?
It would be nice for someone to see some accounts from the CCFC group to provde the validity of what they say.
