As a big fan of football statistics, I just wondered what go-to sites people use. There's sites like whoscored and transfrmarket and Infogol, but are there any others that people would recommend?
I find the best site is www.enfa.co.uk. it has every FL result since 1888, line ups with links to players records, and lots more. For detailed info you need an annual subscription costing £35. But well worth it.
It's simple... If you score a good goal at the World Cup or Euros... Then you are a great player and worth millions... Then spend the rest of the time in the pub.
The amount of supposed knowledge on here on topics ranging but not limited to team tactics, goalkeeping skills, taxis, politics, captaining the space shuttle, finding a cure for cancer, solving COVID and nuclear fusion is simply amazing. Look no further for guidance on any topic known to mankind.
