You get your arm trapped in a machine for 15 minutes and do severe damage to your nerves that control your hand.
Not recommended as it stops you from using your hand and it hurts a bit

Can I add Chris Burke to the list. I always disliked him while playing against us (a good sign really!), niggly little fooker, but seemed to play well.
He's only 32, probably don't need another winger as other positions are prioritised, but he'd be quality in this league.
