Still positive (2 Viewers)

We have played two of the favourite teams to get promotion so far. A team that spent £10 million on new players and a team that nearly survived in the Premiership. We have only conceeded two goals. We are only one win off half way up the table. Yes, we need to sort out the goal scoring and I'm sure the club isn't stupid enough to overlook this. There ARE positives as well as negatives, but I'm far from worried at the moment. We have played neat football and look a reasonable team.

If we believed that the club were actually going to bring in someone in attack I think everyone would be a lot more positive, VOR. Think though that many fans believe the club are just going through the motions and showing "interest" in players but have no intention of bringing anyone in at all unless it's a loan player with the parent club footing the whole bill.

The apathy amongst the Sky Blue faithful is based on them believing we are maybe stuck with what we've got.

Well after years of optimism and positivity, I am absolutely positive we will be relegated unless serious changes happen and the worrying aspect is our owners don't seem to care.

Isn't that like saying Rebecca Adlington is a nose away from being really pretty?

Without cosmetic surgery CCFC are going to be short of a striker and Becky is still going to have a big conk.

I misread big conk initially, though possibly my initial misreading was correct.

We can play well all year losing 0-1 but by Xmas we will b down.
I think Sisu are gambling on getting the dann money before freeing some for a loan striker , if he stays at brum we've had it

We have two senior players seriously under performing and in any other squad they would be dropped for the next game but we have no alternative but to keep playing them as all we can replace them with is more kids. Yesterday not once did Bell or McSheffrey make runs to support Juke who basically was holding the ball up but had no one to lay it off to - the pair of them were a disgrace. O'Donovan simply isn't good enough for this league and even possibly the one below, but I guess we'll find that out next season. Defensively we are OK but the squad is so thin and lacking in quality it is painful - I was so pleased that Sammy didn't get injured playing for NI it was untrue.

Been many a side who have played nice pretty football but have been toothless up front and have gone down.

You don't get extra points for possession football.

We've played well in both our league games and lost which is not ideal, but it is something. There are seven possible scenarios:

1. Play well and win.
2. Play rubbish and win.
3. Play well and draw
4. Play rubbish and draw
5. Play well and lose.
6. Play rubbish and lose.
7. Have Ian Dowie as manager

So, by my reckoning we're a 5 at the moment, so it ain't all bad.

don't get carried away our first game was against a team who played 7 of their new signings and have not 'gelled yet' and probably was a good time to play them. 2nd league game against a team missing most of their strikeforce through injury, ( including Mr King). After we have played Palace and Watford would be a good time to see if we are going to have a chance of survival this season.
I fear, like everyone else, that unless monies are put into the playing side then relegation beckons.
