Strange one
However I am quite excited by the idea if giving our academy a go, in this league.
Surround them with 7-8 experienced tough pro's like Jennings and Leon.
Then let Willis, Thomas develop.
It is a shame they never got a sniff this season.
However I do like the idea of a manager who will be prepared to use them.
We could lose 6-7 senior pros and replace them with the kids and have a top squad for league one.
If we do go up and do it we will probably come back down though.
I'd like to see this line up one day, even in a cup game to see how it would go:

I have never seen lobjoit play but other than that i like it

Mmmm, if you think we are going to succeed with two kids in centre defence and two in centre midfield then good luck but I'm out thanks !
There needs to be a budget of nearly a Million a year for our category 2 status - where does this money come from?

Excellent post, our squad is way too big for this league. We should be looking at 22 players plus youth team. Why we have 30 plus players, I do not know!
