I would have Dennis Wise back. Old enough to be some of our players dad and retired years ago, but would still be much better than what we have now.

Funny how Daniel Sturridge is often portrayed on here as an ex lost to become a superstar. He was only about 13/14 when he left our academy for Manchester City's obviously guided by his old man, think we got a few bob out of it though due to some release claus.

We got £1.6m when he left Man City and I believe we still get something now when he reaches certain milestones (this is unusual but not unheard of). Dean and Simon were his uncles.
