He’s 23, strong defensively and has actually been pretty good for Norwich this season. They’ve offered him a new contract which he hasn’t accepted.McCallum hasn’t impressed at Norwich since his transfer.
He has been loaned out to QPR where he made just 17 appearances and was mainly on the bench for Norwich this season until their first choice left back was ruled out for the season.
Im not sure why a second choice left back for QPR or Norwich is an upgrade on Bidwell. I liked him when he was with us but ….:

Blues have laird and drameh at RB who could provide excellent cover, issue is do they want to be first choice. Drameh seems to have fallen off cliff since Luton last year.With Huddersfield and Brum relegated. Who should we cherry pick?

His current contract will be very low as I believe it’s still the same one he signed as a 19 yo coming out of league 1Dont think we can compete with Norwich financially tbh, however he does have a good relationship with Robins and Viveash amd loves the club and fans

Yeh I like Miyoshi. Tbh i wouldn't be looking at as many as people were suggesting, they were absolutely spineless so to suggest 6 or 7 of them are good enough for a team looking to go up is probably not entirely accurate.Drameh

Kyprianou reminds me of Sheaf in his first season hereNeed some creativity in midfield.
Rudoni has always impressed me when I’ve seen him but a midfield of him, Torp, Sheaf or Eccles doesn’t strike me as one that will create enough.
Watched the Peterborough game last night and Kyprianou did look a good Sheaf replacement although would need a year or two to get to the same level.
Not seen much of Dolan to know whether he’s any good but Poku looked decent last night for the RW spot if we fancy a three fold raid on boro.
We need a new keeper. An experienced CB, a new left back, a new 10, possibly 2 and then we’re sorted ?

If the early rumours of Rudoni, Dolan and McCallum are true then its a great start. All have good Championship experience and McCallum is the oldest at 23!

I think more than reasonable squad players compared to our current squad players. I think you'll get your wish and we'll see more exciting signings too but for me it's a good starting point.
