Homes section today comparing the 20 most affluent post codes and the 20 with the most expensive properties
"SW1Y 5 which covers St Jame's in central London is the ninth most expensive post code sector but only nunber425 in the list of the most affluent. The data might be skewed a little by the low number of residential properties, but this is also an area favoured by hedge fund managers, who are masters in creating an illusion of wealth" Perhaps?

I think even that is optimistic!!!
I was actually joking but the point of this thread is why are Sisu trying everything to get their hands on the Ricoh now I think its because they want it cheap then theyll load it spend very little walk away with a packet and the reason they want it cheap is they havent got the money

hi broken hearted didn't mean to offend. As a rule hedge funds don't have their own money they have access to wealth funds and invest on their behalf. the reason these wealth funds give the money to sisu is that they tend to beat the market with their financial returns. What makes sisu's ownership of CCFC different is the length of time of the ownership 5 and 1/2 years is way longer than they usually hold onto their investments.

You didnt offend. Youre quite right in how hedge funds operate but as you know from 2008 a lot of hedge funds have suffered just like the banks have
