It would seem on talking to a Sunderland based city fan & confirmed in the services on our way back home , to a season ticket holder of theirs from Banbury !! that the new regime echo’s some of our plight under SISU .
A young millionaire has gone in there , who knows fuck all about football , but has a director of football called Speakman , who apparently was texting Mowbray during games , to make substitutions……& when he didn’t do as he was told …… the rest is history & a younger man , Beale brought in , to the dismay of the fans .
We had a similar suggestion from one Leonard Brody …… remember this twat from Canada ? , who tried to get a texting service up & running here , for the fans to text in to make substitution suggestions ….. a money making venture ?
They also don’t seem to have a pot to piss in , so , with our great win & this info , what a brilliant pre Christmas present
They turned down £10m for Clarke in the summer, he'll be going to the Prem.We should go after either Clarke or Robert’s. Two cracking players
He Will, Roberts, lsssThey turned down £10m for Clarke in the summer, he'll be going to the Prem.
£5m pricetag in the summer, Clarke with a strop at being held back for £10m.He Will, Roberts, lsss

Wtf! are you on about ? Brody was just about the biggset arsehole you could have at a football club.Ill always defend Brody. It was a monetisation plan not a plan to get fans to pick the subs. The problem with it is there was nothing you could do with the results really. But at least he was thinking of ways to monetise fans beyond shit screen wash and fifteen kits a season.
Win and you have a culture, lose and it soon goes toxic. Us included.Huge club , awful culture
I guess the difference between a club like us and them is that despite us not being as big as they are , we have a such a culture at the club where the fans , players and staff all have a togetherness that need to be bought into by all and it feels like a big football family really .. only certain clubs have cultures like that , we've developed it under Robins
Sunderland have no bond with players / staff etc and it shows , awful atmosphere on and off the pitch

I doubt that is true and none of that happened at Cov to the best of our knowledge. It would seem on talking to a Sunderland based city fan & confirmed in the services on our way back home , to a season ticket holder of theirs from Banbury !! that the new regime echo’s some of our plight under SISU .

The owner wanting to choose when Subs go on is not the same as fans voting for when subs go on. It was designed to bring in revenue and improve the fan experience … it wasnt designed to let Broady tell the manager who to play.Part of the perceived hurt up there is that the fans believe there is a transfer pot and that Speakman isn't using it. Or is but only to get bargain basement talent. Sounding very much like our experience with SiSu ? Definitely sounding like a wannabe combined chairman/manager/player. And Beale is just the latest papercut he's given the fanbase.
Brody's Text-a-Sub was definitely an idea that was put forward. It was reported in the press at the time and has been a discussion point among fans since.
Samoan Jobe more likeWho is that Spanish bloke they had called Jobe?
Wtf! are you on about ? Brody was just about the biggset arsehole you could have at a football club.
