If the Mackems want to blame somebody, they need to contact WM police who realised that thousands of Bristol City fans had been held up on the motorway system in Birmingham because of the sheer weight of numbers trying to get to the same destination at the same time. Given enough time, JH will get the blame for the collapse of the coal and steel industries in that area.
