perspective required, we played against a fairly young experienced team today. no real issue with max but entering the fray after an hour is different from starting the game. the work godden put in for an hour or so contributes to the goal max scores. having a squad will potentially get us promoted.

I need to emphasise I love biamous attitude to the cause and he understands his role, I like him but he's a squad player who is used sparingly mostly and there is a reason for that, the manager knows best.
Evo, I hear what you are saying. But Max was the key in the second leg at County in my view - we were under intense pressure at 2-1 for around 25 minutes after half time - Max’s second goal to go 3-1 up was the game changer. One of the most important goals in recent years if not the most important.
He's been I injured fair chunk of season.
Then got sent off banned for 3 games. Then another niggly injury.
In between quite simply brilliant.
