Some of Evo' s images would be great on the wall of a games room or kids bedroom in poster or framed pic format.Maybe just a section for fan designed stuff. Would be nice to get exposure to local business and expand the product line without too much investment from the club.
Also it’s wrong that I buy no merch from the club and get it all from third parties because it tends to be better designed or better quality.
Nick could stick a few t-shirts on the website, Evo some of his photo edits as prints, that sort of thing. I dunno.
How about somebody who lives in Barnard Castle? How about somebody with childcare difficulties? How about elderly and immobile?
And of the wavering fans, what better way to encourage them to actually go than to show them what they're missing? It doesn't match the fully live experience, it just tries to replicate it. What better way to inspire an apathetic teenager whose parents won't take them but will shell out for streaming, to get a season ticket themselves when they're able to?
And if it's that big a deal, make it more expensive than an actual season ticket.
Not analogies, people who can't go.Random analogies. Are you honestly saying if you could stream live games on TV at 3 pm there would be no impact on attendance? Can’t buy that at all. Also the pricing Is I assume not relevant as I guess the clubs only get a proportion of it?
Families will mean that’s lowerI’d be interested to know how many views the ifollow coverage gets per game and how this compares to the league averages. Given the fan base potential and low cost I mused to my brother the other day it could be around 15k but he shot me down.
Families will mean that’s lower
Is that for financial reasons? Can only speak for myself but if we're in Brum again next season I won't be at any games, not out of protest just doesn't work for me logistically. I'd happily pay the price of a season ticket to watch the games on ifollow. If we are back in Cov I'll buy a season ticket and go to the games even if ifollow is an option.
Wherever we're playing I won't be at any away games but again would happily pay to watch them on ifollow.
Surely not that hard for the club and EFL to do some actual research. They've got data on who buys tickets, how often they attend etc and now they have nearly a full seasons data on who buys streams. Look at the data and do some market research.
I got a season ticket this season for one reason only.Is that for financial reasons?
Nope, same reason I can't go to home games if we're playing outside Cov. I can just about get away with two or three hours to go to a game but anymore than that and it doesn't really work for me.Is that for financial reasons?
Must be happily married!Nope, same reason I can't go to home games if we're playing outside Cov. I can just about get away with two or three hours to go to a game but anymore than that and it doesn't really work for me.
Fair play to you Sir.I got a season ticket this season for one reason only.
We take an old lady in her 80s only time she gets to go out.
Hate brum hate the whole experience, so will not attend another season there if I can help it, really find it hard to enjoy it.
BTW I dont give a fuck how good their pubs are as I dont use them.
Happily divorced. Every Saturday used to be an argument. Although to be fair she probably did have a point with 'why do you bother, they lose every week and it just makes you depressed'.Must be happily married!
Will supporters get any input into next years kit design or had it already been chosen? (Like last year)

At the risk of re-opening old wounds, it wouldn't be so bad if there was actually tangible progress on a new ground. That's fair enough. Enjoyed the days out but will be pissed off if we're in Brum next season.
We can't move forward while we're there and would consider not getting a ST myself.

tbh, I'd avoid questions on a new ground altogether for this - it's annoying when they say things without any progress, so why push them to? We had Fisher years back with the SCG talking about deals imminent, three sites identified etc, so why go through all that again?
Focus on the immediate, and the near immediate and, when it comes to a new ground, the best we should have is when are they likely to be able to provide a tangible update?
Yep intend to ask that one and expect to be given a public and private answerNo questions on kit, no questions on pies, no questions on pints, no questions on Sky Blue Sam, just questions as to where we are playing and what is happening re. returning to the Ricoh, I keep reading Boddy saying he is in frequent discussions on that issue, well let’s find what has been discussed, tie him down to a reply, an answer or even just an opinion then talk about kits, pies, pints etc, etc.
Can you ask if there's any chance of getting the U23 games streamed online. Not expecting anything other than a single camera feed with no commentary as some other clubs provide.
Certain they film the games as they'd want the footage for their own use and clips sometimes show up on social media. Can't be that hard technically to stream it to YouTube.
Some of us are old enough to remember the good old days of reserve games being on Coventry Cable! Remember some decent crowds at HR to watch the reserves but at some point it was decided it was better to play the games in the the day when most people are at work. Not sure on the legalities of it but could we charge a nominal fee for it? Couple of quid maybe. If it takes off, then maybe add it to the Season Ticket as extra incentive.
We got some crowds that were better then we get at St andrews. Some of us are old enough to remember the good old days of reserve games being on Coventry Cable! Well Wasps/Sisu and the Council as we know it.I can see your point, but i made a decision to go to St.Andrews based on the little information I had to go on and came to the conclusion that wasps played a major part in us leaving the city, (I accept I might have been wrong but that was the judgement call I made).
If we're still in Brum next season then I'm going to have to do the same again so anything scrap of information I can glean regarding new ground status will inform what I do next season if we are outside of Cov.
More like he knows for a fact no new ground is coming and he don’t want the finger being pointed at him...The real question to ask Mr Boddy is does he attend board of director meetings and if not does he receive the minutes of those meetings.
I’ve a pretty good idea what the answer is
Pretty sure that’s right. Pretty sure the Eu don’t give a monkeys about our issue as the country’s courts have dealt with it so there’s no priority for them to look againBy the way I’m not criticising those meeting and asking questions but I feel until we have positives regarding. the Ricoh (there is nowhere else) every thing else is a distraction.
I think we’ve been fortunate, COVID and the subsequent behind closed doors has softened our situation and for 12 months every club have been in the same boat and I doubt crowds in mass will return atleast until next season, I was listening to Pier Morgan show today and it was mentioned on there gatherings such as Cheltenham and cup-finals etc could be a couple of YEARS away.
Talking our Ricoh situation could it be possible to find out if or when this EU issue is going to be heard, could we get one of our MPs to investigate that.

What's the point of a pointless update? The stadium situation is the single most important issue to the future of the football club - I think everyone at the club would breathe a very big sigh of relief if the toughest question they got on it was "When can we expect another update?" The fact that we haven't had something more substantial already (and that most of us seem content with that) is embarrassing all round.
What's the point of a pointless update?
