I am not convinced at the moment that this 3-4-3 is right for the players we have at our disposal. It worked last year towards the end to 'stop the rot' a bit, but I am not keen on it being our plan A.
Surely the 4-2-3-1 we had so much success with the start of last year is a better option for our players natural positions?! For example;
--------------------------------RCC---------------------------
Sterry-----------Willis----------Turnbull-----Page
-----------------------Bigi---------McCann-------------
Jones/Lameiras-----Gadzhev------------Reid
--------------------------------Agyei-------------------------
This is the best team.we could put out at present imo. Reid is very good in this league as a winger. Ruben and Jones are better wide right cutting in. Gadzhev is a 10 for me and if given the licence to get forward would chip in with a few goals
