Maybe... Not from me. Could impact a game like today and I like his efforts and commitment but all the pointing and berating of players ain't the way forward.
If that's the way you feel fair enough. The point I'm making still stands though, no one was saying he had a negative impact on the team until Mowbrays comments, because there wasn't an apparent one. Not the best player in the world, but certainly his presence on the pitch never caused anything negative, only the opposite, even if his footballing ability is average.

Cause and effect. Nearly every time I saw the team and Jim was playing, there was significantly more effort all round. He helped raise the heart rate of the team.
Maybe some of the players didn't like it when he shouted at them, but it fucking well made them try harder, which is positive for the team. I don't think anyone could say we are stronger as a squad without Jim.
The seemingly personal vendetta TM had towards him in contrast to what we as fans saw on the pitch makes me doubt him on this one.
