Doesn't list the recommendations made in the report.
I'd like to see them and see if they've made any inroads to stopping this sort of abuse , and if they have surely they need to be rolled out across the whole country if they're not already?

And we all know why a blind eye was turned. It's an absolute disgrace and the fact that this thread has very much been ignored is itself quite telling.

Along with the hospital scandal that is still ongoing over there this is just terrible. Just a serious failing of public services in general.

don't think its being ignored, more that there's not a lot to add. even the usual suspects that like to argue about everything aren't going to storm into this thread and defend the appalling things that have happened.
