Has to be someone that we can afford and is decent enough to bring in. He's been clear he's looking for a centre half but the deals haven't dropped.I know, let's sign some your wing backs and play them completely out of position. Also why the fuck aren't we buying centre halves, fair enough Fadz is out, but the ones playing at the minute are fucking garbage.
Why just one centre half though? Out of the 4 we have have, 3 of them are poor.Has to be someone that we can afford and is decent enough to bring in. He's been clear he's looking for a centre half but the deals haven't dropped.
They don't just become poor players over night. They need someone in to organise them and lead them and clear the box. That's why we miss Fadz so much in my opinion. Why just one centre half though? Out of the 4 we have have, 3 of them are poor.
good players shouldn't have to rely on someone to help them get organised, especially at this level. They don't just become poor players over night. They need someone in to organise them and lead them and clear the box. That's why we miss Fadz so much in my opinion.
I'd say the best players don't but organising a defence is a job in every team in every league. The on the pitch you on him I'll take him etc.good players shouldn't have to rely on someone to help them get organised, especially at this level.
so basic football you're taught as a kid? this level is one division from the biggest league in world football.I'd say the best players don't but organising a defence is a job in every team in every league. The on the pitch you on him I'll take him etc.
Bumpy bump
we've gone back to the dark days of relying on loansWhen he keeps bringing in loan players, they are not committed to this club. What ever happens they know they will just go back to their club.
In my opinion you still need one person organising otherwise what's the point of a captain on the pitch? I'm not saying they are the best players in the division or anything but they should be up to the job. We had a really tight defence before Fadz got injured he couldn't have been doing all their jobs for them.so basic football you're taught as a kid? this level is one division from the biggest league in world football.
Just shows how terrible out recruitment has been, we lose one senior defender to injury and the rest of them fall to pieces. Hardly positive is it? Selling Hyam was a huge mistake. In my opinion you still need one person organising otherwise what's the point of a captain on the pitch? I'd agree selling Hyam was probably a mistake in hindsight but he wasn't exactly the best defender in the championship himself. He was decent. Robins was more open in his recent interviews how that deal went down and the fact Hyam wanted to stay.Just shows how terrible out recruitment has been, we lose one senior defender to injury and the rest of them fall to pieces. hyam is better than dabo, rose and doyle combined.I'd agree selling Hyam was probably a mistake in hindsight but he wasn't exactly the best defender in the championship himself. He was decent. Robins was more open in his recent interviews how that deal went down and the fact Hyam wanted to stay.
I'm not sure I'd go quite as far as combined... Doyle hasn't come on in the way I'd hoped. Looked at fault for the first goal I thought, seemed to duck the ball and let it over his head.hyam is better than dabo, rose and doyle combined.
get outside and neck yourself a glass of wineI'm not sure I'd go quite as far as combined... Doyle hasn't come on in the way I'd hoped. Looked at fault for the first goal I thought, seemed to duck the ball and let it over his head.

gyokores or pukki? the latter has struggled in the PL, something i think gorky would do too.Doyle was absolutely ruined at the end. Pukki had tormented him to the point he looked like jacking it in. Luckily Pukki went off with cramp.

Given how early it was in the game I don't think he'd had time to be tormented at that pointDoyle was absolutely ruined at the end. Pukki had tormented him to the point he looked like jacking it in. Luckily Pukki went off with cramp.
Yep-Pukki led them all and in particular Doyle a right old merry dance for most of the afternoon. He looked mentally drained as well as physically drained by the end.Doyle was absolutely ruined at the end. Pukki had tormented him to the point he looked like jacking it in. Luckily Pukki went off with cramp.

Given how early it was in the game I don't think he'd had time to be tormented at that pointPukki is a decent player. I think he cut back for one of their goals and it was delicious.
Now then he definitely had the look of a man who'd been toyed with and spat out... I imagine most defenders look the same against an in form gyokI'm talking about near the end where he left Doyle on the floor twice.
I have to admit I left 10 mins early today. I would have hung around tho if I'd known they would play Goo Goo Muck or Sunglasses After Dark to accompany the exit of a little Finn.Doyle was absolutely ruined at the end. Pukki had tormented him to the point he looked like jacking it in. Luckily Pukki went off with cramp.
So when we brought O’Hare on loan and Gyokeres, they turned out to be not committed to the club? To me, our problems are not the lack of commitment of loan players, far from it.When he keeps bringing in loan players, they are not committed to this club. What ever happens they know they will just go back to their club.
Don't waste your breath on Ann. Literally the definition of clueless bless em.So when we brought O’Hare on loan and Gyokeres, they turned out to be not committed to the club? To me, our problems are not the lack of commitment of loan players, far from it.
it's true, loads of ex pro's on podcasts and youtube talking abou how loan players from bigger clubs dont give a fuck.Don't waste your breath on Ann. Literally the definition of clueless bless em.

you sound like you'd be interested in how owls hunt, pm me xIf you cant find one how do you look for two? Unless you look for one and spot two?
Depends on the player and where they are in their careers I'd have thought. Also would be exactly the same with some perms.it's true, loads of ex pro's on podcasts and youtube talking abou how loan players from bigger clubs dont give a fuck.
Both look lost without McF to shepherd them through games.I pretty sure that Doyle and Panzo will be allowed to leave there respective clubs in the summer. Neither despite some very good performances look like they would break into a premiership side.
Question is… if we was offered both of them… would you sign them and get the benefit of a players year older and experienced? They both look soft to me still.
And that’s a sad state of affairs if a premiership player has to rely on a 36 year to guide them. Both look lost without McF to shepherd them through games.
