After having a brief overview of the accounts the main thing that struck me is that they are pushing for a new stadium to be built in order to secure matchday revenues. However they also go on to say that they've made predictions about the revenues from the stadium and if these aren't met then the company is no longer a going concern (accounting speak for not going to continue trading).
So if the revenues aren't high enough for SISU then they are suggesting that they will have to sell the club.
Also a note of caution in that without the revenues SISU are also suggesting that without the revenues the club won't be able to purchase players for money and we'll have to continue with the academy, free transfers and loans.
Finally in the accounts SISU also say that they are commited to delevoping the academy players and strive for 1/3 of the first team squad to be made of academy players.

Yeh develop and then sell ASAP
A vicious circle
