An off the wall conversation recently was about names of bands and which were the best or most stand out etc ? I've always liked : Red Lorry Yellow Lorry.Tangerine Dream.The Flaming Lips.Spooky Tooth.Kissing The Pink. I always thought The Beatles was an unimpressive name for such an iconic group. Any other favourites ?

Do you recall a rock band who I saw at the General Wolfe called Dumpy's Rusty Nuts ? they shortened it too D.R.N. They had a cult following but really were good.
