The strategy was entirely down to ranson. From what I recall he was rather popular in these parts.
Most people rent business properties in London, few own them.
They've certainly moved last November to Kensington High Street

Couldn't tell you if that's downsizing or not or even a worse postcode or not. Certainly doesn't sound as glamorous. I'm visualising (rightly or wrongly) a dingy office with a shared kitchen and toilet above a bookies
Well moving from Mayfair to Kensington High St is downsize in London. They rent the office space.
Sole Trader is at 96A, Ryman at 96, so I guess it is somewhere in the offices above the shops, either that or they have been given a stock room by Theo Paphitis.

That doesn't look like a step up to me.
Sisu additionally lost their star players to another investment fund called Izurium Capital.
Might also explain the move to build houses on Ryton. They possibly don't have any intention of building on it or selling it of separately to the club but its a cheap and fairly easy process to get it approved as a housing development and an easy way to add value to the site and therefore club.
This part at least is true. They previously had a whole floor at an office building in Mayfair. Checked just now and they have moved to Kensington High Street.I forgot to mention...he told me they have downsized their operations and moved to 'smaller premises' in London...
Yeah I've made those mistakes on google maps b4 do I double check now, H&M's at 103 and the HSBC bank next door to sole trader has number 94 over the door..Ah I was on the other side of the road in the one next to H & MI did try to throw you all off the scent so you couldn't protest but it didn't work.*
*Or I was looking to see how posh it was but was on my phone so didn't do a very good job!

No I googled "H&M Kensington High Street London W8 4SG " & "Ryman Kensington High Street London W8 4SG ", but I saw the number after when I zoomed in and looked around cause I'm on my PC at home and I canDid you just zoom in to look at door numbers?
I can see this being another thread most will agree on, I doubt nobody will shed a tear to see them go up the shitter as long as it means CCFC doesn't.
Although it would be nice to think they would be increasing the land value to make CCFC worth more I think it might be giving them too much credit.
Source? Plus it sounds like you've saying it isn't the councils fault. Why the change?
Walter Bosco set that company up. Another director who didn't stay long.Sisu additionally lost their star players to another investment fund called Izurium Capital.
Of course it's the councils fault. They created the scenario the club would always fold at some point.
If the original price was a realistic level then it may have been an option. However the formula price was greater for half than wasps paid for the whole
Source? Ransons mouth. The "plan" was a five year strategy. Though I suspect for ranson the plan was more to do with Honest Ray the football man.
Interesting, I have been saying we need to speak to somebody in their world.
Does he know more about any other investments they have other than Airinotec or their investors? Obviously secret but you can bet that people talk and have ideas about who is investing where.
Izurium are in Mayfair. 28 Bolton St, Mayfair, London, W1JSisu additionally lost their star players to another investment fund called Izurium Capital.
They have random shareholdings in companies. The most successful one is some Polish Telecoms company Netia I think it was called. 10% shareholder I think?

Some sucker is gonna get stung. The last accounts show we don't break even. And have continued to lose money since administration. If sisu's turnover is around £1m (singerspores thread) and only making £400k losses, who are continuing to prop up the club if there are no investors investing through sisu? Yes, AFC says investors have walked away but I'd hazard a guess not all of them have.

Monthly rolling contracts, they're getting ready to pull the plug on all of it aren't they!
Ranson was long gone when the council invited any serious offer and AL went to see JS in London.
Unless you're suggesting that Ranson is still secretly involved behind the scenes.
I will try to not get too excited, as although it sounds like good news I have learnt never to get carried away.
I will just bank the fact I had a joke with Brylowes and agreed on something, and go from there
Them going down the pan could also mean bad news for CCFC, does your mate think they would just sell us off? How would hedge funds usually deal with it?
As have said for weeks (and Italia has alluded to, as well as chipfat) then who on earth would want / or could possibly to take on a football club in Coventry with no stadium, no training ground or academy?

Haven't they been trying to offload that for a while now. I'm sure I stumbled over an article well over a year ago (got a feeling that it was when we were in Northampton actually) saying that they were looking to offload their shares. Have they not done that yet?
