Godiva I don't think and apologises if you have but to my knowledge explained how that process would work.
Do SISU just write off their own 30 million plus off investment and give the club to ARVO to cover their 10 million plus.
Then ARVO agree to spend a further 30 million building the stadium whilst also putting in 5 million a year as this happens.
Once it is built they will probably need to sell the combined package for 50 million to get their money back. ( as we have seen that can't happen)
I don't think anyone in here has ever been able to explain a business plan that convinces anyone a new stadium can be built.
Can you even appeal the JR decision? Maybe bring before the court in Luxembourg?
If sisu win this JR who is to say they will acquire the Ricoh Arena. If the arena is put up for sale who is to say sisu will be the only interested party, in fact I am certain there would be other interest.
They lose
7: club gone, experienced high wage players such as Murphy and moussa out of contract In the summer Christie and marshall out of contract. Dagnall only offered a contract till the summer. Then just left with Webster seabourne baker and the young players to pay off.
They win
7: club lives, acl appeal and if they win again then acl will be up shit creak and maybe forced to sell to sisu
