So what is everyone's gut feeling.
I know it is very hard to second guess SISU as time after time they have not taken what most would consider to be the best route for their own interests however if you you were forced to give an answer.

They lose the JR do they .....

1) Appeal whilst staying at Sixfields
2) Appeal, stay at Sixfields genuinely start building a new stadium
3) Agree a long term rent deal at the Ricoh
4) Attempt to buy ACL
5) Put the club up for sale
6) Put club into administration
7) Any other scenario you can suggest.

They win the JR

1) Stay at Sixfields sue the council hoping the council are forced to sell the Freehold
2) As above but hope the council agree to sell ACL
3) build the new stadium whilst staying at Sixfields
4) Sue council and sell club
5) Sue council and attempt to put club into admin/ liquidate.
7) Any other scenario you can suggest

Personally I think they desperately need to win the JR. The filing of the accounts suggest that without the JR element their plan is futile. ACL are just above break even and are only now really seriously starting to plan life without CCFC.

I would guess they would be able to manage to stay at break even. If this is the case they can call SISU's bluff and let them crack in with building a new stadium.

As pointed out on several occasion there is no financial argument for building a new stadium so that is highly unlikely. So if they don't win the JR and if bid an emphatic defeat I can only see the long term rent ad their way out. Or buying ACL if they do have access to that kind of money.

If they win the JR I think they will attempt to Sue the council and at the same time sell the club or put it into administration.

Godiva I don't think and apologises if you have but to my knowledge explained how that process would work.

Do SISU just write off their own 30 million plus off investment and give the club to ARVO to cover their 10 million plus.

Then ARVO agree to spend a further 30 million building the stadium whilst also putting in 5 million a year as this happens.

Once it is built they will probably need to sell the combined package for 50 million to get their money back. ( as we have seen that can't happen)

I don't think anyone in here has ever been able to explain a business plan that convinces anyone a new stadium can be built.

I really hope you can't
It seemed to be talked about as fact in here that you can.

To me it's seems to be they win they will sue then walk.
They lose if they can't appeal they will agree a long term rent deal or buy ACL (if they can afford it)

Wish the JR was tomorrow and I hope their is no appeal so we finally get a solution.

I think if they win the JR they will get rid of the club and try and sue the council for 30-40 million.
