I am not all convinced we will hit the ground running. Why should we? I think all teams will be a little rusty. There will be no tired legs as we had seem recently from Kelly and one or two others so we will have everyone fit and raring to go. We should hit the ground running. Perhaps a friendly behind closed doors with Birmingam to get ourselves up to speed would be useful?
I would be a bit worried if we were in 2nd with the pack right behind us. I would be a bit worried if we were 8n the pack and chasing 2nd as we could fall out of the top 6.It’s a major concern for me and there are some tough games coming up.
Hate it when people come into threads and do this but I’m going to do it anyway.
Literally couldn’t give a single fuck about football at the moment.
Anyway, carry on.

They had just won 5 on the bounce. Can't see that run being stopped being a bonus.Only side that I can see benefiting are possibly Oxford, who had a few players crocked(iirc), and now will possibly have recovered. Still wouldn't swap our position for anybody else.
Ipswich will get players back tooThey had just won 5 on the bounce. Can't see that run being stopped being a bonus.
Yup. Good job they are so far behind.Ipswich will get players back too
Momentum complety goes out of the window the longer this goes on - If its a long period the first 6 games will be like starting the season again till the lads get back into game mode - Fitness and who has kept themselves in shape will be a key factor - However in our favour our confidence will still be their and also we have a great manager and coaching staff that will ensure the lads are kept on ther toes - no reason why we cannot pick up where we left off -We were fucking ticking over like a well oiled machine. Now it looks like we might resume at some point, playing games behind closed doors. Which triggers my Coventry fan syndrome.
Symptoms include shittingmyself about the loss of momentum. Not funny when there’s 1 bog roll left in the entire US.
Goodbye socks
They're still in training aren't they? Sure I read something saying Robins had dropped it down to 3 days but they will still doing something.Surely the team is maintaining fitness?
Robbins will not let them take their eyes off the ball.

Now it is about hoping to keep our health a job, and everything that follows from that eg a roof over our heads and feeding the family
When we are through this if we all survive and our lives are not too different, then football will become important once more
Don't mention the word 'post.' It just makes me think of football again..good post
You pretty much described my life there. There are times when football isn’t the most important thing, but you only tend to realise that when you experience them. Difference this time is that we are all experiencing it together.I cant believe I am saying this, and if you had asked me 10 days ago, I would never have agreed

Celebratory barbecue? They intend to finish season by June 1st according to Sky Sports
They don't expect it to start till Apr 30th, 10 games in a month after 2 months off wont happen. If they can get going on 30th Apr, finish by end of June would be viableThey intend to finish season by June 1st according to Sky Sports
Been there several times before. You pretty much described my life there. There are times when football isn’t the most important thing, but you only tend to realise that when you experience them. Difference this time is that we are all experiencing it together.
It’s important that football is there when we want it to be though, that’s my worry for some clubs.
