I didn't really want to create a new thread for this but I didn't know where else to post it.
I thought there was going to be a date set for the Judicial review shortly after the last hearing?
Has it been announced - if so when is it?

If this has all been posted and discussed before my apologies - and Nick, in this case would you please delete this thread.

These things never do. I guess it's to allow time for evidence gathering on both sides.

I tihnk in High Court terms getting a date within a few months would be considered unusually rapid - iirc the Council have asked for an early date (which perhaps suggests they have some confidence in their case), I presume SISU will want the same.

At least 6 months after last court date.

On Wednesday, Mark Labovitch told us it should be at next stage in Feb 2014.

No doubt the new stadium will be well underway before the case is finished.
