Good point. Is Will Bapaga still with us?How many are any good though?
We could be retaining Bouwe Bosma.
Fuckinhell they got more players than some clubs have fans.
Expect to see them go bankrupt soon.
Sunderland retained list is big. We achieved great things with a small squad.

Be good if we had that Amad Diallo on loan next season no matter what league were in.
With the way the Sunderland forum goes on, most of them have been injured this season yet each one could still have stepped straight into the Paris SG first team.
I can understand their frustration at losing Stewart for most of the season (would have the same reaction from us if we lost Vik) but looking at the size of that squad, I'm be very surprised if they didn't have some internal replacement ready to go. Instead, they went with a terrible loan of a forward who wasn't a striker from Leeds (Gelhart) and another from Everton who hardly played (Simms).
Doubt Man Utd would want him playing against them if we got promoted. And if we stayed down, the dilemma would be where would we play him ? He hasn't got the physique for an out-and-out striker or target man. Personally, I think he'd be better in more of a CoH role, behind the main striker(s) in a creative position where he can use his speed and ability.

PL loans can’t play against the parent club but think he will be challenging for their first team squad anyway.
Have to say he looks a better player than Antony already. Antony is so one dimensional. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in Man U's first team next year and if not surely he will be loaned out to a Premier League team next season, hopefully us.No, it's far too early for their first team. He can't play the ST role so Martial is safe. And he won't displace Rashford or Antony currently and they're the only 2 spots he could realistically fill. CM is Casemiro, Fernandes and Erikson who are all guaranteed starts.
I'd expect him to be back in the Championship next season with a side fighting for autos, either one of the relegated teams, Boro or Blackburn. Or more likely abroad getting more experience of stronger defences. As much as we enjoyed the challenge of the Championship this season, facing teams of similar quality to Wigan, Blackpool and Huddersfield again won't prepare a player for the Prem or European competition.
