There are a number of people who presume or hope that should SISU actually gain unfettered ownership of the Ricoh Arena that they will recover their investment by selling up and disappearing to the Cayman Islands with their booty. There is another faction that seem to believe that SISU will stay long enough to use their money to take the club back to the Premiership and then sell at a greater profit.
I don't believe that any of these scenarios are likely.
Whether SISU get the Ricoh on the cheap, or actually build a new stadium such will be the indebtness of CCFC I do not believe that there will be any bids for club to a level that will enable SISU to make the "return on their investment" that they want.
Perhaps more likely is that SISU will secure the Ricoh, or build a new ground and then task the club with paying management fees, interest payments and rent at a high level in order to extract their return over a longer period.
It will not end well for CCFC.
Im not Sticking up for SISU here.
Im just saying what is plan B cos it scares me to think if more chaos is on the way what is Plan B?

Im a big fan of all things SISU out and all that. But the problem with SISU out is who is there that would come in?
and could it put our club into more chaos if SISU did get out??
nobody's actually answered the question. Who would want to buy us?
You've all listed all the reasons why Sisu are shit (again) but nobody's actually answered the question. Who would want to buy us?
There would be a number of groups prepared to invest in a CCFC that was being sold under legitimate terms and conditions. I think the issue will be is that the scum will try and load a shit load of debt onto the club and expect a new owner to take it on.
I guess even ACL could find a case to buy us.

I don't want Sisu out, I want them to sort everything out!
They Don't know what there doing how can they sort it out.
Sorry but they have lost all credibility.
They have had up to 5 plans so far how many more do they need to get it right?
There seemed to be no shortage of bidders last time the 'club' was for sale.
Who? And how do you know they would be prepared to invest?
