Giving us a successful team will bring crowds back more than anything.
Apart from the ones who will never come to a home game while SISU are here, of course.
I don't like Sisu, but I still go to games. If Sisu give us a winning team then I and all other fans will have no reason dislike them.

Excuses, excuses, excuses!!I believe the uncertainty of the Club's future is affecting the attendances at the Ricoh. Of course, we "diehards" will go no matter what, but there must be several thousand more who would go if the SISU situation was sorted out. The missing thousands no longer have faith in the club's future and are therefore hesitant to go. I honestly believe that a) if the Club's future was secured and b) we were in a play off position with matches to play then our gates would rocket to around 18,000. The team has brought a lot more confidence back (thank you MR) but not knowing if the club will go into Administration (or even worse Liquidation) must surely be in the back of the stay aways. What do you think ? SISU needs to give the stay aways confidence in the club's future.

I know what you're saying, but there were quite a few who said they weren't going while they were here. I would be interested to know how many there are and whether they will relax their stance for the JPT SF.

We've won 10 league games in 18 and ammassed 34 points under Robins, we've also got to the 'area final' of the JTP and are in touching distance of the play offs, yet still they don't come back.
All this uncertainty is papers an press looking to make a story with headlines like 'Coventry to go out of business' etc.Is there any uncertainty? I don't think they will either liquidate or put us in admin. I don't think ACL will push it that far either.
I think this is just another convenient excuse for the stay always tbh.
<p>
The fact you consider this 'success' shows just what is wrong with our club.
All we have done is won a couple of games!

Our home support has never been higher than 19000 for 30 years or more, that was more or less the home fan capacity of Highfield Road, the other 4050 was away fans. When we moved to the Ricoh the home support went up a bit but settled at around 17/18000 for a while but dwindled as our fortunes plumeted, so this mantra on here about stay away fans is rubbish. Relegatin to the third division was always going to effect attendances.
As for so called glory fans going to Wembley if we get there, so what. If we do all my lot will go including the missus, grand kids one who is only 1 year old and if a regular misses out tough shit.
