Overuse by women of the words "epic" and "love"

So "we had 4 bottles of pro secco last night......EPIC" epic? As in climbing Everest epic or swimming the channel epic?

Or " great night with MY girls, love you guys" really? Love? Or just enjoy getting pissed with
