Just heard on sky that our club murdering owners have put the wrong part of the club into admin WITHOUT REALISING it. So we will lose the ten points that they said they were trying to stop us losing by the ACL action. What a bunch of complete morons.

I'm pretty sure the FL would deduct us ten points anyway.

That would really please the Pro SISU people wouldn't it. Incompetent to the extreme if this is what they have done.

Surely not .
I can't possibly believe it.
Those sharp erudite City types cocking things up .

If this is true it would be deliberate ,the main achievement they were looking for was breaking the lease ,now they can leave and build that stadium.

Perfect scenario for a two team city. That could be tasty given the current atmosphere on here.

Who the fuck is pro sisu, sick of all this pro sisu pro ACL bullshit, they're both to blame as much as each other, I think most on here are pro ccfc although you wouldn't know it from the reaction to ACL trying to put us in admin, the excitement was a disgrace, and now we're completely fucked

I know right, these two sides are tearing the club apart between them and the fans are stuck in the middle

I think you will find that there is a middle ground. But there are people who have been insistant that SISU are the only show in town as oft quoted on here. I know they are City through and through. They defended their view to the hilt. It's just sad that SISU got it wrong for the fans (IF it is the case that they filed the wrong admin papers).

CWR have just said this is based on what was shown in the accounts in June, it could have changed since then

Are the club not on dodgy legal ground for moving assets out of a company within 12 months of putting it into administration?

Sky are alluding and have throughout the day that they believe the golden share is very likely still within CCFC LTD which is why ACL have expessed surprise and a little disbelief at the assertion made by SISU.Everything is as clear as Mud ,Quelle Surprise.

So, if ACL file for administration it could appoint its own administrator and recover some of the losses. Maybe the assets are in the one that has not been frozen? Tuesday will be the day when all is revealed.

sky are reporting that basically the whole lot is in ccfc ltd , if this was the case the FL would already have deducted us by now. My guess is the ltd company was transferred but the timing of it is now the issue.

Two team city??!!

Are you having a laugh?

The people of Cov don't turn out for one team, leg alone splitting the 5000 Cov based fans amongst two teams

Presumably you'd have said the same thing about ACL if they'd had their way in court today? Or Tuesday?

No they are not as much to blame as each other, one built an Arena in good faith for its team with capital from an array of ventures many who included staunch Coventry and Coventry City people..................the other one came to the Midlands from London looking to make a quick buck in an impoverished City out of their beloved football team who were already on their knees !

They claim a Football League rule that administration for any club after the fourth Thursday in March would mean a points deduction the following season would only apply if the club was threatened with relegation. The Sky Blues are currently near the top of Division One pushing for promotion via the play-offs.

There may be no points to be had Dong.To move the Share would require league approval so there is no conflict there. There may be legal repercussions for the club or individuals .

Didn't work for Saints. FL are not going to risk letting us away with this. The two companies are linked.

ACL don't own/run our club, SiSiU do.

ACL are the custodians of CCFC and have a duty to run the club accordingly in respect of the fans, the badge, the city and our heritage.

Do you think they have upheld their responsibility accordingly since 2007?
