Last throw of the dice by Sisu but the lease is with the club not the sub and I think the courts will see the entities as linked. Nice try but don't think Sisu will pull it off.

Think they already have got away with it as far as CCFC Ltd is concerned.

However it will be interesting to see if CCFCH can be put into admin by ACL. Is that possible?

This is all part of an elaborate game by Sisu but I just don't think it will stand up. If they had announced this at 11 am by now ACLs lawyers would have seen through it I supect

If we go into admin twice is it a 20 point deduction.

Sisu will protect their investment at the risk of destroying ccfc. To me ccfc and sisu are different entities.
