CCFC paid rent to ACL. Wasps own ACL (and hence the lease) so they don't pay rent to anybody do they? Obviously they have the running costs of the stadium which are considerable, or am I misunderstanding this completely?

Can they afford the intrest rate on a refinanced loan as I am led to believe the rate virtually doubles the current rate!dongonzalos said:They have to fund their finance on the debt they raised through bonds to pay off the loan ect.
However they will just refinance that again. I would be stunned if they are not planning for a life without CCFC. If they don’t get an improved rent or the legal action gets dropped.
I see the SKY Blue Trust have now written to all local MP's asking for some clarification on current situation re mediation, are we going to have a home next season?
Previously I was not worried, expected another short term deal at the Ricoh, but not I'm getting concerned.
Has anyone heared any news ?
Yep that's being homeless.It's Imminent
The fact that the so called imminent news never transpired is now becoming a concern. There’s been a glitch somewhere.
Hopefully won't be announced over the PA system at MK Dons on Saturday

At the most recent court appearance, the judge insisted that all parties head off for mediation. As far as I know, there have been no media reports of this taking place (anybody know differently? If so, please do correct me) so perhaps no news is bad news.
Next week then?
Judge Flaux suggested the parties should provide a list of three mediators. He said if they can’t agree the court will decide for them.
He added that the target for mediation to be concluded should be around March 28, 2018.
He’s suggested a mediator should be appointed by February 2, 2018.

Been on about this for the last 2 years. It’s way beyond time we the supporters ramp this issue up on all the platforms possible here, radio, Telegraph even at home games. And the big question to the EFL especially what what happens if there’s no agreement and when
Yep deffo chase the EFL . They allowed the move to Northampton and used one of their reasons as the new league fixtures had been done ! So this definitely needs to be resolved before June! Still do not understand why the League cannot threaten to take away the golden share over this. There is seemingly no "rule" that says they cannot so it could be sold off to the highest bidder . Then Sisu could sue the football league :happy:Been on about this for the last 2 years. How so?I would think it would put any promotion prospects in jeapody with the EFL if it's not sorted soon
I think a lot said that prior to the Northampton move expecting an eleventh hour reprieve, didn’t happen did it. Now this issue has been raised by local MPs the local media atleast should be over this like a rash constantly until there is an answer, I am beginning to wonder if parties are using it as the straw to break the camel’s (sisu) back. Not massively bothered by the delay. We'll be at the Ricoh next season

Not just his!Be gutted for the club but be lovely see Tim's stupid face if he was given two fingers !
I would say he can't be that naive / stupid but then he came out publicly behind Dale EvansLong held this belief, ever since we saw Hoffman et al meeting with the Wasps hierarchy toward the end of last summer. The fact it’s dragging out this long can’t be by chance.
It's like the sixth hour now though. Not bothered until the evenings are bright and we're still left wonderingI think a lot said that prior to the Northampton move expecting an eleventh hour reprieve, didn’t happen did it.
Always telling when they pipe upJimmy Hill way's take on the situation.
