It is the bollocks alluded to here that is making reading most every thread a repetitive and ridiculous ordeal. Have the acumen to deal with what is written in front of you. Don't start attributing fantastic statements from either extreme to the person you are talking to, unless they have said it. If I write something in direct response to what is written, don't start banging on about how Thorn is apparently untouchable or Ferguson would not be able to do a better job or that I value his career over my football club. Read, think, comment. It is talking through alternative options and viewpoints, not 'winning on a forum'.
I thought people were saying how he was responsible for scouting every player in the history of the club? Now it turns out that none of the players were anything to do with him?!
They were scouted for different systems an different attributes given by whatever manager was in charge at the time, also a lot of them were meant to add too a strong spine of the team which we had but was ripped apart leaving the manager to have to completely rebuild the spine.
