Has anyone got a number they can help with that won't just cut me off?

I'm taking my 5 year old boys to the game tonight, allowing them the late night given holidays.

Neither have changed category yet both received new cards yesterday! I haven't received one myself and really need some clarity my old one will work too! (I'll be sending them through the gates first followed by me last!)

They told us at the end of last season to keep your ST as they would be using them again this year. Imagine the ones that will get a new card are those who’ve changed seats or they are in a different category now.
