I'm pretty sure they have one person and one phone for tickets. So enjoy a long wait.

Can't you swap vouchers at the turnstiles on Saturday?

CCFC Tweeted this morning -

"Buying tickets? Phone sales currently unavailable due to technical problems - but you can still buy online at ccfcshop.co.uk #pusb"

try tweeting them, usually quite quick to respond. If they can't take incoming calls surely someone will have a mobile they can call you on.

To be fair, if it's down it's down. Good luck anyway.

I credit them for doing their best, but I was told I'd get a call back about arranging season ticket delivery and I ended up having to call up again so you may have to chase it up.

I've always found if possible just to go to the ticket office as phoning usually gets ignored. But they have responded to emails pretty sharpish.

I think it's our new digital strategy kicking in.

Step 1 - Turn off the land line phones - tick

We have got match vouchers for this season after deciding to bin our season tickets. So a couple of weeks ago we decided to go to the Wigan game as the first of our six. As we wanted to get a specific area we went to the ticket office at the Arena Park and they are a complete joke.

There were two women behind the counter. One was standing doing nothing, the other was using the single terminal to sort out tickets. They apologised for the system being painfully slow. They kept saying that they no longer worked for CCFC because of cutbacks and admitted the system was a shambles.

No idea how they will cope when it gets busy, there was only one person in front of me and it took over 10 minutes to sort him out with 2 seats and not much quicker for ours. I would like to be able to get our tickets online but you can't with vouchers so the only alternative is to use them at the turnstile and take pot luck. The whole organisation is so poor when it comes to customer service.

It's a shame as before they stropped off from the Ricoh and bunged everything in a couple of wagons bound for Bayton Rd it all worked well alongside the club shop.

It shows how much our owners are committed to the cause.

Spending no money, and all energies on court cases shows where we stand in their list of priorities.

The 'ticket office' is a joke.

I ordered some Walsall tickets in Friday and was told I could pick them up until 5pm as the woman was not on the school run until September.

The only club in world football whose ticket collection times are based upon school holidays...FFS.

I mentioned this is in another thread, at the time i could only collect my season ticket until 2pm as the only person left in the office had to pick her kid up from school.

The club don't really deserve our support do they? I'm amazed there are as many of us still going!
