With talk about improving atmosphere at the Ricoh, and just looking at Wembley, I think the Rioch would have been better with tiers.

Close the top tiers for low gates, and still keep atmosphere close to the pitch.

Anyone else's thoughts?

Cantilever type stands where the tier above acts as a roof and amplifies the sound and keeps the atmosphere a bit more charged are always better.

So to answer your question, tiers and stacked levels and low roofs much better than being out in the open and having no noise.

I just want to find the nearest wall and run into it head first.

Great idea but 17 or 18 years too late!

Buy the way SISU can't be to blame as the previous owners, Geoffrey Robinson and CCC were the ones involved.

Facts not fiction.

I'm not saying anyone's "to blame".

We can always do our own style of Tier by closing to back 10/15/20 rows or so, depending on crowds.

Personally, the JPT where everyone was in the East stand was good :)

Doesn't change the fact that we've only had tiers with SISU.

All the facts not the fiction.

The noise at the Ricoh has been absolutely colossal at times................but only when it's fairly full, same everywhere though. It's hard to beat the atmospheres of old when low roofs gave way to a huge sprawling terrace !

Can we not just imagine we are all in the top tier and there is no one in the tier below

Are Wasps still planning to add a retractable roof?

The west End used to be deafening at times but the noise never used to travel very far, seemed quiet to those sitting in the East stand.
Fill the ground with entertaining football while challenging for the top and the atmosphere will come.

Yes but your new ground is designed the same so we will be able to very soon if you are to be believed.
