Looks like he still has some loose connections with our club and in particular our academy.
Reading his CV on here it sounds like he is taking the credit for players like Maddison progressing to the prem and national team.
its enough to make you feel sick but I cant believe Doug has allowed him to have anything to do with the club still

I am only too aware of the need to consistently progress the technical, physical and mental attributes of a player. Our Elite programme is designed to push student athletes through their own high performing levels towards attaining elite levels of performance.
