or presumably, sort out a deal with the Ricoh - People say the EFL are bluffers and would not act if these terms were not met - Bury is an example of EFL will act if City dod not apply one of the two options

Don’t even want to go back to the Ricoh at this point, not a good stadium. Would much prefer a 15k stadium with room for expansion.
The EFL will not kick us out while we are still able to fulfil our fixtures. Honestly they need to have a look at their rules on stadiums. Derby shouldn’t be allowed to do what they did. Even being allowed to lease stadiums relatively short term is dodgy.
