Timings of the talks (1 Viewer)

It seems likely the JR request will fail again.
Are SISU trying to get the talks going whilst it is still in the pipeline, as an extra bargaining chip.

Will talks happen before the matter is finalised?

Who rattled Fernando's pram?

Of course Sisu will want talks before the JR and use it as a bargaining chip, we'll offer 7m and withdraw the JR papers approach...
But today's judgement doesn't help them...
Can't see why talks can't happen within a week or so...

Ah a grown up conversation. :)

Yes quite handy in a way, as it seems the impending JR collapse is actually drawing SISU out.

The miscalculation about Sixfields.
That and the CET trying to close the door on a Tit for Tat through them. May shuffle SISU down the channel towards a resolution.

If fairness both/either of them may have prior engagements.
