Agreed.....what I meant was "champions party"....as we'll be up with 2 games in hand & a point at Oldham will be enough to pip wigan to the title.....:guitar2::guitar2:

I don't get what the infatuation is with extending his contract - just a distraction. At the end of the day if a big PL club came knocking it wouldn't matter if he had 2yr or 10yrs he would still be off. With that said, yes the club can get compensation, but on the other hand how many managers have we had to pay compensation too!

Bottom line, if we get promoted I don't think TM will think twice about renegotiating his contract as long as the club continue to back him and give him the tools he needs to carry on the job. Lets just enjoy the ride, he is contracted next year and that is the main thing :)
