How on earth did he give that as a penalty?

Yep-Marriner has had a stinker with them 2 decisions. People moan about VAR but imagine if there was no VAR tonight-that penalty for Spurs would have been given.

Not really anything to do with Marriner though the offside. In a split second I think if we didn’t have VAR then nobody would have blinked an eye lid if the goal was given it was that tight a call.

No the lino would be at fault. It wasn't that tight
