Why do we need 4-5 new centre backs ?

Aren't loans normally sorted in the last week or so of the window? I'd expect any imminent signings to be permanent, or have i just made that up?
Yeah I think that's pretty fair, I agree that most of the early business we do I would imagine would be permanent signings and then later in the window we will add a loan or two on top. He really wasn't. People repeatedly pointed out that he wasn't up to the level. Robins repeatedly played him so people got more and more frustratedHe was treated appallingly on here

To say Robins repeatedly played him is untrue He was only used 14 times in the season just gone and about half the games the season before plenty of them a sub. Agree, he's 24 now. When he burst onto the scene at league 2 he was welcomed and loved, think back to Notts County away and then in league 1 he was key, he got his own song and was worshipped as one of our own. He didnt make the grade at Championship level and therefore he has been sold with our best wishes as a good servant.He really wasn't. People repeatedly pointed out that he wasn't up to the level.
