I think that would work wellHow would the box work in this scenario, 4-2-2-2?
changing back to 5 atb is the definition of our season going to shitPlan B will be to change formation - perhaps the Box will make a comeback.
Saka did look tired last night.
Or we just sign one or two players so we don’t have to change the formationI think that would work well
Front 4 of Palmer, Simms, Godden, O'Hare? Doesn't exactly scream goals right now does it.How would the box work in this scenario, 4-2-2-2?
We've only just stopped mentioning this lad... no one tell blue skiesBlackburn looking at David Brekalo, who got sent off for decking his own goalkeeper but actually only pushed him in the chest but the keeper went down holding his face!!
He'd fit in well here with Kitching hahaha
Or @Martin180We've only just stopped mentioning this lad... no one tell blue skies

Yeah think we’re finished in terms of incomings, oh well let’s hope we have luck with injuries.Fuck and all
Oscar Bobb on the bench for Man City, imagine my shock
MR is generally pretty honest on transfer deadlines, if we’re trying to complete deals he says so and if we have nothing going, likewise.Fuck and all
The meltdown is coming…Yeah think we’re finished in terms of incomings, oh well let’s hope we have luck with injuries.
As robins says one or two more and it’s at disaster point, really thought we’d see at least a loan player in
When do we never have a small squad?
Be sods law sakamoto will pull up on saturday with somethingCan’t see anyone else coming in now.
No meltdown, will just be pissed off as we have no depth our wide and it’ll cost us in my opinion, and many others. The meltdown is coming…
I totally agree. Not ruling it out of course
But i really feel if we dont get some cover in them wing or Striker positions, we are basically writing this season off as nothing more than a punt, which i find very odd considering our current league position
It will baffle me if we don't, because surely there are players out there and we can't be that tight budget wise. Not ruling it out of course
But i really feel if we dont get some cover in them wing or Striker positions, we are basically writing this season off as nothing more than a punt, which i find very odd considering our current league position
OK. What if Kitching gets injured. Van Ewijk? Bidwell? Collins? O’Hare? Thomas? Do we have players of their ability to come in? That’s what a squad is. We can’t cover everything. But we seem hung up on cover for Saka and Wright.Il ask you about this if we get to March and Wright and Tats are out for 8 weeks with muscle injuries for overuse and the season falls to shit
Yes because we have good depth everywhere but wide forward? What’s so hard to understandOK. What if Kitching gets injured. Van Ewijk? Bidwell? Collins? O’Hare? Thomas? Do we have players of their ability to come in? That’s what a squad is. We can’t cover everything. But we seem hung up on cover for Saka and Wright.
Based on his comments I don’t think King agrees but doesn’t want to overrule MRNot ruling it out of course
But i really feel if we dont get some cover in them wing or Striker positions, we are basically writing this season off as nothing more than a punt, which i find very odd considering our current league position
Honestly!! So you have no faith in the players who have us where we are now. Crazy logic. Not ruling it out of course

Binks in for KitchingOK. What if Kitching gets injured. Van Ewijk? Bidwell? Collins? O’Hare? Thomas? Do we have players of their ability to come in? That’s what a squad is. We can’t cover everything. But we seem hung up on cover for Saka and Wright.
he did then say "never say never" when pressed on thisWhen Robins said there was no more, I hoped he meant ‘no more [as far as you know…]
To be fair Palmer is ok out there, it’s more the right side.Sakamoto and Wright are the only players really that can play those 2 positions, to not even bring in 1 who could maybe go either side is completely baffling.

It’s not about not having faith, it’s about not having cover. If Sakamoto gets injured we are fucked as we would more likely have to revert to wingbacks which wasn’t exactly workingHonestly!! So you have no faith in the players who have us where we are now. Crazy logic.
I have to agree, it seems really odd given we wouldn't need a great deal to strengthen. Not ruling it out of course
But i really feel if we dont get some cover in them wing or Striker positions, we are basically writing this season off as nothing more than a punt, which i find very odd considering our current league position
it genuinely baffles me how we aren’t just goimg and getting someone on loan for six monthsNah we'll be fine mate, something something 7 yrs ago stood at Rodney Parade, we've come so far blah blah zzzzzz
How can people genuinely not see it?
For the first game and a half of the back 4 Sakamoto was a sub. It’s not about not having faith, it’s about not having cover. If Sakamoto gets injured we are fucked as we would more likely have to revert to wingbacks which wasn’t exactly working
