Perhaps you could replace himWell we don't know how serious it is yet, I have gone over on my ankle several times when I was younger playing sport, and in great pain at the time, but able to walk without pain within a few days and continue playing within 2 - 3 weeks. It's unlikely he was able to walk off yesterday if he had done anything serious. Just a thought.
An unwarranted flippant comment but if we are to be promoted this year we need someone of Turner / Reda ability in that role, either a replacement or maybe Turner can continue for us if we are lucky.Perhaps you could replace him

With Reda being released, I can't see TM signing Turner as it's just the same risk
I hope we can get Stephens back, although with Boro in the Premiership next season, I can imagine them wanting him to play in the Championship to give him experience of the league for if they come straight back down.

I loved having Tina back but he is almost as injury prone as Reda. It's a risk
