I think in any normal circumstances the first one would have ended with an out of court settlement to the charity. However these are far from normal circumstances.

If sisu can prove their claim they would be justified in taking the matter to court - its if they can though.

I think they would settle out if court with this normally but because if the bigger picture they are fighting it all the way.
