Good to see Jobello and Hilssner getting some game time, we definitely need some more bodies pushing the first team for the AM slots.

Surely Hilßner should be on the bench , we are short on attacking midfielders with Allen and Shipley out of form , he is 25 so not one for the future , he is getting full games for under 23 team so can’t be injured still

think this shows we are still not sure on him

“He’s settling down and settling in," said the manager.

“He has had a problem with his lungs but that is settling down now, but it’s been tough for him.

“We’re still waiting and looking how he will develop and how we can use him."

Think the last sentence says it all
Still waiting , how he will develop and how we will use him !!!

I'm convinced he is this seasons 'kastaneer' albeit coming with less pedigree from the German third division.

I'm convinced he deserves a chance. Knowing the great lengths our recruitment team go to he's at least earned that.

Said on CWR Hilssner has played full 90 minutes for the last two under 23's games, so hopefully not too far away from first team

I think one of either Jobello or Hilßner (or both) coming good will be vital for us this season.

That Robins quote about Hilßner does make it sound like it’s a question of ability rather than fitness. Though “how we use him” is a funny one, surely we knew what sort of player he was and how we could use him?

Every city fan loves to have someone to root against each year. We love to see a player fail because we've made our minds up early doors.
I hope he proved me wrong, and am happy to give him a chance like I gave Kastaneer a chance, but from his brief appearances he appears to lack the pace needed for this level and therefore I think he will struggle.

Why would I love to see him to fail? We have limited resources, every penny counts and I don't want any of our signings to be a waste of our limited budget.

Difficult to know context from the quote, "how we use him" could just mean now that he's coming back to fitness do we use him for a few minutes off the bench initially etc.
