Id like to see him given a run in the first teamHow has young Reid looked in his appearances thus far?
Suspect that's why Reid has been starting the last couple of U23 games ahead of Joe NewtonId like to see him given a run in the first team

If he looks the part expect to see him step up in the next few weeks
Pretty young team
I think we will get at least a point mid-week. The team must be full of confidence after back to back winsI think Reid will get some minutes before the season is out, assuming we are safe before the final day.

Who’d have thought that a week ago! With a bit of luck could be 8 ahead of even Derby by close of play.

Reckon he's only one step away from the first team.
If imagine all 3 of them will leave on a free or will be told to find new clubs if they can do.Would like to see fringe players from the bench like Allen, Shipley, Baka etc playing regularly in these games. I know we can pick up injuries but at least they're ready if called upon to play. It seems odd that they get no minutes in the first team or here and are really on a hiding to nothing when they come in cold and not match fit.
Possibly true, but there are others and it was more important (imo) earlier in the season when they were still called on. Being not selected and sitting on the bench week after week is almost worse than being injured. You're not giving your body any total rest but also not match fit when needed. If imagine all 3 of them will leave on a free or will be told to find new clubs if they can do.
I agree with you on that, they should have played in the U23s for fitness and sharpness, the consequence is what happened when they played the other weekPossibly true, but there are others and it was more important (imo) earlier in the season when they were still called on.
