I really don't think you can say England deserve a trophy. We're honking and unfortunately you know we're done as soon as we play any side who's above average. Saying that knowing Southgate he'll end up with Turkey in the semis and stinking his way past them.

Can’t see these players doing another 120 minutes, they are already knackeredNever have I felt so flat in such a moment. Yeah, it's good we're through, but no shouting, no screaming. Columbia back in 2018 I was bouncing off the ceiling and couldn't sleep for hours.
The positive is if we can hold the Dutch or Turkey to a draw after 120 minutes we can take a load of confidence going into a shootout. Every penalty was fantastic.

I dunno if I agree, we haven't clicked at all but everyone we have been played has been a solid team with little attacking intentions. The Swiss were a level up but needed a slice of luck to score. We have looked pretty solid.
