Offside is about gaining an advantage, that’s two players standing in line with each other but the others big toe is ever so slightly ahead. Micromanaging the game and ruining it

There needs to be a rule implemented where if a player stutters on the penalty the keeper should be able to come off his line to compensate. Its not even one continuous movement, Havertz completely stopped
